Patrons

The Reading Interfaith Group aims merely to generate friendship among the town's many different faith backgrounds and perspectives through a principle of absolute inclusion. These carefully confined goals are reflected through our choice of patrons.
The Bishop of Reading and mayor of Reading are both invited to serve for the duration of their office as joint patrons of the Reading Interfaith Group. These appointments represent our wish to concentrate on matters pertaining to faith within the town of Reading.
